I have been practicing Chinese Medicine since 1998, beginning with Shiatsu (Japanese bodywork) followed by acupuncture in 2000 and massage therapy in 2005.

Since 2003 I have specialized in the unique field of Chinese Medicine Ophthalmology, utilizing special acupoints primarily in the hands and feet in order to mostly treat retinal diseases.

I combined  my two loves, skiing and eye care, in 2018 and became PSIA-certified (Professional Ski Instructors of America) in the Adaptive discipline for instructing visually impaired skiers. I am thrilled to begin my 5th season teaching with Courage Kenny in 2023!

After over twenty years of working in Minneapolis, Minnesota, I closed my practice in April 2019 and accepted an acupuncture job in Stockholm, Sweden. After a year in Sweden, I returned home to Minnesota and am currently providing acupuncture services at The Marsh in Minnetonka.
